The owners Michael and Lori Parkinson raised their family on Lake Michigan where Michael (Parkey) worked several years on commercial fishing boats. After the whitefish treaty was enacted Parkey and Lori established Blue Harbor Fish. They soon moved the business to Green Bay, WI. Blue Harbor Fish & Seafood LLC. was established in 1999. The business moved into a facility on the Bay of Green Bay that has been long known for processing fish. Today, Parkey and Lori, along with their 3 children and several other employees work hard to provide our customers with high quality products.
Blue Harbor is a family owned and operated Native American business that operates out of Green Bay, Wi. We service several grocery stores and restaurants in Wisconsin and Upper Michigan offering weekly deliveries and special in-store events. Our retail store is open daily at our facility to serve the public. Processing is done on site including breading and cutting. We carry and distribute over 100 different types of fresh and frozen fish and seafood items and also offer hundreds of frozen meat, cheese, chicken, and appetizer products.
